Roasted cauliflower steak

Thick-cut, spiced roasted cauliflower — a surprisingly filling meat-free main.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • cumin, salt, pepper

Method

    Cut the cauliflower into 2 cm thick "steaks".

    Brush with the olive oil, crushed garlic and spices.

    Roast at 200 °C for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway.

    Serve with fresh salad or a yoghurt dressing.
