Submit your withdrawal declaration online in a few steps. Fill in the details, confirm, and we will acknowledge receipt by email without undue delay.
Please note: the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods (fresh vegetables, fruit, seasonal crates) under the law. It does apply to durable products (e.g. pasta, seeds, oil, unopened preserves/jam/honey/syrup); and any order can be cancelled before dispatch.
