Zucchini-tomato pasta

A quick summer pasta with fresh zucchini, tomato and garlic — done in 25 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 zucchini
  • 0.5 kg tomato
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 500 g pasta
  • olive oil, basil, salt

Method

    Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

    Dice the zucchini and fry in olive oil with the garlic for 5 minutes.

    Add the diced tomato and cook together for 8-10 minutes.

    Toss with the drained pasta and scatter with basil.
