Green focus smoothie
Spinach, green apple and ginger — a light, refreshing green blend for late-morning concentration.

Ingredients
- 100 g spinach
- 1 green apple
- 1 ripe banana
- juice of 0.5 lemon
- 1 cm ginger
- 400 ml water
Method

Blend the spinach and water until smooth.

Add the chopped green apple, banana, ginger and lemon juice.

Blend until creamy, thin with water to taste.

Serve over ice in a glass.
