Blueberry-banana smoothie

A creamy, antioxidant-rich blend of blueberry and banana with yoghurt.

Ingredients

  • 150 g blueberries
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 200 ml yoghurt
  • 200 ml water or milk
  • 1 tsp honey

Method

    Add the blueberries, banana and yoghurt to the blender.

    Pour in water or milk and blend until smooth.

    Taste and sweeten with honey as you like.

    Serve fresh, right away.
