Orange, mandarin and carrot — a sunny, immune-supporting blend for the colder months.

Ingredients
- juice of 3 oranges
- 2 mandarins
- 1 carrot
- 1 ripe banana
- 4-5 ice cubes
Method

Juice the oranges and peel the mandarins.

Grate or finely chop the carrot.

Blend everything with the ice until smooth.

Strain for a silkier texture if you like.
