Tomato soup

A velvety soup made from fresh tomatoes with basil — a summer classic.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • basil, salt, oil

Method

    Sauté the onion and garlic in oil.

    Add the diced tomato and cook for 15 minutes.

    Blend until smooth, thin with water if needed.

    Season and serve with fresh basil and a spoon of sour cream.
