Classic vegetable soup
A clear, nourishing vegetable soup with carrot, parsley and celeriac — just as it should be.

Ingredients
- 3 carrots
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 celeriac
- 2 potatoes
- 0.5 head cauliflower
- salt, pepper
Method

Peel the vegetables and cut into even pieces.

Start in cold, lightly salted water and bring slowly to a boil.

Simmer gently until tender (about 25-30 minutes).

Finish with fresh chopped parsley.
