Fresh spinach salad
Tender spinach leaves with green apple, red onion and walnut — light yet satisfying.

Ingredients
- 100 g spinach
- 1 green apple
- 0.5 red onion
- juice of 0.5 lemon
- walnut, olive oil, honey
Method

Wash and dry the spinach leaves.

Slice the green apple thinly and finely chop the red onion.

Combine and scatter with coarsely chopped walnut.

Whisk lemon juice, honey and olive oil for the dressing and drizzle over.
