Tomato, cucumber and bell pepper with red onion — Mediterranean-fresh in minutes.

Ingredients
- 0.5 kg tomato
- 1 cucumber
- 0.5 kg california pepper
- 0.5 red onion
- feta, olive oil, oregano
Method

Cut the tomato and cucumber into large pieces.

Slice the bell pepper into strips and the red onion thinly.

Combine in a bowl and crumble over the feta.

Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with oregano, season.
