Fresh mixed salad

A crunchy seasonal salad with tomato, cucumber and kapia pepper — ready in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 100 g salad mix
  • 0.5 kg tomato
  • 1 cucumber
  • 0.5 kg kapia pepper
  • 0.5 red onion
  • olive oil, lemon, salt

Method

    Wash and dry the salad leaves.

    Cut the tomato, cucumber and kapia pepper into bite-sized pieces, slice the red onion thinly.

    Toss together in a bowl with the salad leaves.

    Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, season, and serve right away.
